Froze both my Macs!

Froze one of my Macs twice and the other once and only way to reboot was to pull the plug in both cases…never did give any REAL results (never finished so how could it?) so I find it is exactly worth what you pay for it ($0). This thing is really JUNK plus wasted three hours of my time trying & retrying to get it to scan and finish even once. If they want it to be decent then redesign it and do charge for it, but make it work or delete it from the app store. The "light" left me in the dark totally! Dont bother!
